C# GIS Developer.
Our client is one of the world's leading risk management and insurance intermediaries. An urgent need for a C# developer with GIS skills has arisen, paying up to £60,000 for the right person.

They are in the business of identifying, analysing and managing risk. Our client delivers professional risk transfer, risk management, loss management and actuarial services to companies, as well as financial and employee benefits consulting.

This is a London based role.

KEY SKILLS:

• Degree educated in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Science or Computer Science): essential
• Strong background and some commercial experience of C#, HTML, CSS and Javascript: essential (VB.NET is not an alternative)
• Strong background in .NET framework, Microsoft patterns and practices: essential.
• Experience in software engineering (e.g. design, testing): essential
• Experience of SQL and SQL Server: essential
• Experience in web architecture and N-tier: essential
• Experience of SQL Server Reporting Services: a bonus
• Experience in web-design, and Flash technology: a bonus
• GIS programming skills: demonstrable experience developing web mapping applications with ESRI’s ArcObjects API and ArcGIS Server
